Long Service Awards 2025

When Severn Trent asked us to deliver their annual Long Service Awards for around 200 employees and guests, the brief was simple yet significant: create a night that truly honours 15, 25, and 40 years of dedication — and make every guest feel celebrated.

Hosted by Liv Garfield (CEO) and Steve Witter (Head of Operational Control), the evening combined heartfelt recognition with high-impact production, transforming the Chesford Grange ballroom into a cinematic celebration of long-standing commitment.

Thoughtful Design, Lasting Impact

Through meticulous planning and smart creative efficiencies, we made it possible to feature a striking 16:9 LED wall centrepiece — the dynamic heart of the show that brought every award moment vividly to life.

We were clever with lighting and haze to add depth and atmosphere, giving the room a polished, immersive feel without overspending. Every beam, glow, and cue worked together to build emotion and anticipation as each award was revealed.

Motion, Music, and Momentum

The LED visuals, bespoke animations, and seamless transitions added polish and pace, ensuring the show felt premium and well-crafted. Our sound and lighting teams worked hand-in-hand to balance energy and clarity so every word, note, and applause landed perfectly.

We went further by collaborating with the live band to refine their set for maximum flow, and re-engineered the awards presentation into a dynamic, animated experience — replacing static slides with synchronised motion graphics and rhythm-driven content powered by Resolume.

Precision in Delivery

On site, our tight-knit production team operated with precision, ensuring every cue, transition, and lighting change hit flawlessly. The finishing touches — from a custom photo backdrop with soft lighting to an animated photobooth experience — gave guests more ways to capture and share their moment in the spotlight.

The result was a night that looked and felt far beyond its budget — a testament to creative problem-solving, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
