At White Event Production, we believe our role extends beyond delivering exceptional events. Throughout the year we’re proud to support charities, community organisations and not-for-profit initiatives by providing event production, technical expertise, equipment, creative services and practical support that help maximise the impact of fundraising events, awareness campaigns and community projects.

Whether we’re helping a local charity deliver its annual fundraiser, supporting organisations raising awareness for important causes, or donating our time and expertise to community events, we’re committed to using our skills to make a positive difference.

Many of the organisations below have become valued long-term partners, and we’re incredibly proud to play a small part in helping them achieve their goals.

Electric Umbrella

Electric Umbrella uses music to challenge perceptions, reduce social isolation and create opportunities for people with learning disabilities. Through live performances, creative workshops and community projects, they inspire confidence, inclusion and positive change across the UK.

We are extremely proud of our relationship with Electric Umbrella and have supported them for well over a decade with many of their live and fundraising events. You can read more about our support in their 2026-2029 strategy document by clicking here.

M Festival

M Festival is a volunteer-led community music festival bringing together local residents through live entertainment, family activities and fundraising. The festival celebrates community spirit while supporting local causes and organisations.

Our relationship with M Festival stretches back over 14 years, making it one of our longest-standing community partnerships. The festival has raised more than £120,000 for local charities and good causes, and we’re proud to continue supporting it annually with event production expertise, technical equipment, special effects and payment systems.

Brain Tumour Research

Brain Tumour Research is dedicated to funding sustainable scientific research into brain tumours while raising awareness of the disease and campaigning for increased investment in research. Their work gives hope to thousands of families affected every year.

Brain Tumour Research holds a special place in the hearts of members of our team, making it a cause we’re incredibly proud to support. Each year, we take part in fundraising initiatives such as Wear A Hat Day, bringing colleagues together to raise awareness and vital funds for life-saving research. Alongside our fundraising efforts, we’re pleased to make donations to help support the charity’s important work and its mission to improve outcomes for everyone affected by brain tumours.
