I’ve worked with White Production for around 18 months now, although the relationship with our company exceeds 10 years. From glitzy awards evenings to corporate leadership events, White Production have been an incredible partner to us. They always think of the finer detail, and make our events extra spectacular with thoughtful touches. They truly embed themselves into the organisation, demonstrating our company values and reflecting that through their proposals and recommendations. When it comes to flexibility - they go above and beyond. We often have some last minute crazy ideas, and 99% of the time they deliver these and way more! White Event Production created our virtual education event (March 2025) and it was truly a pleasure to work with Stuart and his team. We highly recommend them. Stuart was extremely responsive in the lead up to our event, assisting with any questions we had and providing us with guidance on anything we were unsure of. From our initial meeting, the team were receptive to our ideas and vision, and there was nothing they couldn’t answer or action, and did so very quickly. With it being our first virtual event, our speakers weren’t sure what to expect (and neither were we!) but their feedback from the experience couldn’t have been more complimentary. Our event was relatively small in comparison to some of the ones we know WEP work on but at no time were we made to feel that we were less important or that Stuart and his colleagues were doing anything less than they would for any of their clients. On the day of our event, Stuart was prepared for any eventuality and we always felt that we were in safe hands. He and his team (including Sam and Ollie) operated with complete professionalism and expertise.
