Aviation Summit 2024
We would need to be creative with the space available and provide full technical support for the main presentation space, as well as support with some branding elements and registration.
We needed to take into consideration that on one of the evenings, the room would be turned around in a short amount of time for an evening gala dinner and the equipment we installed would need to accommodate the room becoming larger and additional audio/lighting elements installed.
After sharing design options in 2D and 3D renders, a staging design was collaboratively agreed to be both practical and impactful, to visually engage the audience in a compact space.
Working with the motion graphics team at JWI and their client, we developed templates for the content design to best use the LED wall canvas that would fill the presentation area on a multi-level height basis and create an immersive visual experience for the audience.
We chose to use over 120 panels of our Absen 2.5mm LED Wall as a multi-screen backdrop to showcase the wonderful content in a vivid and crisp fashion. This also helped form a 16:9 central screen for PowerPoint content and we trusted in Pixera to deliver the larger video canvas backdrop motion graphics that would fill the entire real-estate.
We used our cinematic range of Sony cameras including PTZs to bring clear and realistic iMAG to screen for the majority of the event.
Outside of the main event space, we supported registration with a locally managed Unifi network and fleet of our iPads and glossy-black stands for badge printing and registration. Zebra badge printers were also supplied for quick and reliable guest check-in.
Event logistics were supported with our range of Motorola radios which allowed clear and instant communication across the large venue and discreet chatter when required using the supplied D-Shape earpieces.
Our brilliant on-site crew also consisted of the addition of a stage manager who helped handle presenter and furniture changeovers, as well as a showcaller who worked with the producer to keep the show on-track and ensure crew knew what was coming up next.
Working with the great team at JWI, we set about maximising the audience experience within a fairly tight space. We needed to include a large enough stage to accommodate multiple panel sessions, as well as an off-stage green room area where presenters could see all the action from relay screens in comfort and privacy.
We chose to use Pixera for our graphics playback on the large canvas to best accommodate the multiple axis screen and give the audience the most visual experience possible.
“When I was asked to sort out an AV partner I didn’t consider anyone else as I knew White Event Production would be perfect for the job.Everyone at JWI and the end client were super happy!”
Production Manager, JWI.
