Aston Martin
Women in Leadership
As part of numerous events celebrating International Women’s Day 2024, Aston Martin invited us to facilitate their daytime Q&A session, which platformed four influential women as they discussed their personal experiences undertaking roles of leadership.
We would need to provide full technical production including staging and furniture for the event, plus capture a separate video, consisting of a fireside chat with the women who helped create the new Valour vehicle later than afternoon in another space.
The finish needed to be sleek/glossy and in-keeping with the prestigious VIP atrium the event was being hosted in.
A seamless day of two panel discussions to help empower and support Women in Leadership. One live event staged in the prestigious VIP factory atrium, captured on video with a post event edit plus an afternoon project of a multi-camera pre-record shoot. All content was captured from multiple angles in great video and audio quality to then be edited together for later use on various platforms and communication channels.
We did this all whilst working in a live office environment and ensuring minimal discussion to the daily operations of the business and were able to turn around video edits in a little over 24 hours!
We also looked at the environmental impact and sustainability of this event and therefore where possible, have ensured that elements from the staging are reusable for future similar events and minimised wastage.
We provided a 12ft circular stage finished in sleek flawless white gloss top and fascia along with a curved step. We also used our prestige stock including 24 x black poseur tables and 100 x sleek black stools which we take pride in keeping in A1 condition for events such as these.
Our fleet of Sony cinematic 4K cameras including 2 x FR7 remotely operated PTZ cameras were used to capture multiple angles of the event and all recorded in 4K with the utmost detail on our record rack, ready for later editing.
We installed a distributed D&B PA system including stage foldback for presentation Q&A and video playout systems ensured we could send graphics including PowerPoint and Mentimeter audience interaction solutions to the large in-house LED wall.
