Solution Day Event 2025

Another successful collaboration with a long-standing client, supporting Synology with their London partner showcase in September 2025.

Venue Search & Planning

Following the success of the 2023 event we worked closely with Synology and began by exploring a number of venue options across London. The Shaw Theatre was selected as the ideal location – offering the right balance of central accessibility, audience capacity, and technical flexibility for the event.

Pre-Production & Creative Content

Our in-house content team produced bespoke graphical loops and presenter stings, ensuring a slick and branded visual experience across all digital surfaces. This pre-production work set the tone for a consistent and engaging event delivery.

Exhibition & Partner Stands

We managed the exhibition element from initial design concepts through to final delivery. Each Synology stand was fitted with custom-branded artwork and high tables, while partner stands included integrated TV screens for product demonstrations. In total, we delivered four Synology stands and four partner stands – each tailored to maximise engagement.

Technical Production & Delivery

From the exhibition space to the stage, we provided full technical production and set elements. This included:

Lighting to enhance the atmosphere
Video & screen management for content playback
Cameras to capture the action
Exhibition/partner stands designed and built
Backdrop graphics to tie the whole event together visually

The Result

The event ran seamlessly, bringing together Synology and its partners for a day of knowledge-sharing, networking, and product innovation – with a high-quality production standard throughout.
