Severn Trent’s Capital Markets Day wasn’t just a presentation—it was an experience.
Held at the company’s Training Academy, White Event Production transformed the entire site into a two-day experiential conference under the bold theme Made in the Midlands. With seamless logistics and creative delivery, we set the stage for business leaders to connect, explore, and engage like never before.
Following a seamless check-in using our bespoke event registration portal. The event launched with a powerful plenary session, featuring a sweeping curved LED backdrop to anchor the narrative. Our check-in tech enabled smooth group segmentation, leading guests through four unforgettable themed breakout sessions—including a Lord of the Rings strategy zone, an Alton Towers-inspired innovation hub, and a standout Italian Job room complete with a polystyrene sewer pipe, classic Mini front, and theatrical scenic props.
Outside, we supported live demos ranging from pipe performance to a silent-river presentation using our wireless headset system, finishing with a surprise bench reveal (made entirely of cellulose) using a car reveal silk machine.
Two waves of attendees across two days meant precision planning, and we delivered. The final day featured a full Capital Markets presentation, including a financial update from the CFO—all filmed on-site by our team for the Severn Trent investor hub.
