When Severn Trent needed to deliver a high-stakes investor and analyst update following the Ofwat Determination results, they turned to White Event Production to ensure a flawless, high-impact live stream experience.

Broadcast from a professional studio setup at Severn Trent’s Coventry HQ, our team deployed multiple PTZ cameras, allowing smooth, dynamic cuts between speakers on the Executive panel. At the heart of the production sat vMix, our chosen vision-mixing platform, powering a seamless feed into a custom-branded livestream portal complete with live Q&A submission and full attendance analytics.

The twist for this project was that the CEO was to be out of the country and the requirement was to ensure it looked like all presenters were in the same location.

With precision planning and no compromise on quality, a dedicated White team travelled to France to facilitate the CEO’s live participation—executing a flawless remote integration that felt like she was in the room.

Behind the scenes? Meticulous rehearsals, rigorous technical checks, and contingency connectivity plans to keep everything watertight.
