For Amey’s prestigious A Stars Awards, White Event Production delivered a high-impact show in a truly unique setting — the iconic London Transport Museum.
Aptly chosen for a company at the heart of UK infrastructure, the venue provided a striking backdrop. But with less than an hour to set up, this was a job for precision planning and flawless teamwork.
Working from a nearby holding bay, kit was prepped and staged for a swift transformation. Under the direction of our Production Manager, the White crew moved as one – installing dramatic lighting, multiple 98” LED displays, a custom graphic backdrop, and clear, even audio throughout the space.
The awards celebrated exceptional individuals across Amey, including the CEO Award, Bringing the Best Awards, and We Win as One. The show was run to the second by our showcaller, keeping the evening on track from walk-ups to applause cues.
Post-dinner, guests enjoyed a twist on tradition – a photobooth inside a vintage tube carriage, perfectly placed within the museum experience.
