Informative Video Showcase

When Herts Careline needed an engaging and informative video to showcase the life-enhancing benefits of their personal alarm system, they turned to White Event Production for a creative solution with heart.

Shot over two days, the video brought together real users, staff and volunteers to share authentic stories of independence, reassurance, and peace of mind. With multiple locations on the schedule—from office interiors and exteriors to customer homes and lifestyle settings—it was a carefully coordinated shoot that balanced pace with purpose.

We were proud to support casting too. In a great example of collaboration and inclusion, one of our freelance video editors, who is a wheelchair user, joined the cast to help bring diversity and lived experience to the screen—while helping us stay ahead of the tight timeline.

The lean but expert crew included a camera operator equipped with gimbal, drone and polecam, a dedicated sound engineer, and a video producer/director managing it all.

Post-shoot, the edit was brought to life in-house with full colour grading and sound design, resulting in a polished, heartfelt piece that highlights how Careline is more than just a button—it’s a lifeline.
