We partnered with Countryside Properties to deliver their annual awards evening at Leicester City Football Club, hosting over 400 guests across two impressive spaces.
From the start, we worked closely with the client to shake up their usual format—suggesting moving the after-party setup into the drinks area, which was transformed while guests enjoyed dinner and the awards.
Our team managed the entire event setup and rehearsals on a tight schedule, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We designed eye-catching visuals, vibrant lighting, and clear sound to create a high-energy atmosphere throughout the evening.
Highlights included a custom-built stage, bold backdrops, creative content displays, and a lively party space with a live band to round off the night.
