We played a pivotal role in helping Aston Martin modernise their internal communications. Initially brought on to handle AV production for Town Halls streamed across two locations, we quickly identified opportunities to elevate their engagement strategy. With a workforce strapped for time, Aston Martin needed a streamlined, impactful way to communicate—and we were ready to deliver.
When tasked with the simple brief of “going digital,” we brainstormed a solution that leveraged our strengths while staying cost-effective. Enter AM:TV: a custom, iPlayer-style microsite designed to host branded video content. Unlike traditional platforms, AM:TV offered powerful analytics, enabling the internal comms team to track engagement, capture feedback, and uncover valuable insights—all in a secure, user-friendly environment.
This bespoke platform transformed how Aston Martin measured communication success. Beyond tracking viewership and watch duration, the site revealed which video sections resonated most, and even captured real-time reactions via emojis. By centralizing production and analytics in-house, we delivered a high-quality, scalable solution on a limited budget, maximizing impact without overextending resources.
Since the launch of AM:TV, our video production team has been busy creating a variety of content: from “special episodes” to quick-turnaround voxpops and post-event highlights. The result? A dynamic digital platform that empowers Aston Martin to engage their workforce, capture meaningful feedback, and shape the future of their communications strategy.
